No, we won't be doing drilled piers. The geotech included that as a possible recommendation but the
FOR talked with CTL about our current design with spread footings and they both agreed it was more
economical and sufficient. CTL observed a lot of the subsurface of the 2 buildings we just built, which
was helpful and informed our foundation design here. Thanks, Dan
