Additonal information for Building Permit Applioation No. 2310
ry' Purpose for which building is to be used! The existing building
at 0903 Highway 133, Carbondale, Colorado is a two - story, cinder
block building, the lower 3363 square feet to be leased to Down
Valley Builders Supply for the use as a retail building materials
business. Some remodelling work will be necessary before the
building can be used.
Please refer to attached floor plan.
Changes to be made3
1. Concrete to be poured over existing pad in section "B" to
a thickness of approximately 3 ".
2. Removal of non - bearing partition walls in section "A ".
3. Re- aligning of existing wiring in section "A" where partitions
t were removed.
$ 4. Remove two overhead garage doors in section "B ", frame the
16: openings and install two windows and one door.
5. Install necessary fixtures, counters and shelving throughout.
6. Re -align existing wiring in section "B" to be run through
ti
ceiling Joists,
t 7. Sheet rock ceiling of section "B" with 5/8" fire -rated
wallboard.
, 8. Remove all existing 220 volt wiring.
9. Attach existing lighting fixtures to sheet - rocked ceiling
in section "B ".
