It is showing no evidence of differential movement and is presently usable. , The overhead garage door is serviceable. The automatic door opener is serviceable. SPAS: The exterior hot tub equipment was functional at the time of inspection. MISCELLANEOUS: The built -in vacuum cleaning system was functional however, it is beyond the scope of this investigation to determine how effective it operates.
