A parcel of land situated in Lot 8 of Section 30, Township 7 South, Range 87 West
of the 6th Principal Meridian, lying Northerly of the Southerly line of said
Section 30, said parcel being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of said Section 30, whence the true
position of the South Quarter Corner of said Section 30 (said corner being witnessed
by an iron post with brass cap and properly marked) bears: S 89 °55'23" W 372.79 feet;
thence N 00 °04'37" W 160.00 feet; thence N 89 °55'23" E 180.00 feet; thence 5 38 °44'
12" E 128.06 feet; thence 5 89 °55'23" W 100.00 feet; thence 5 00 °04'37" E 60.00 feet
to'a point on the Southerly Line of said Section 30; thence S 89 °55'23" W 160.00 feet
along the Southerly line of said Section 30 to the point of beginning, and containing
0.73 acres of land more or less.
I hereby certify that on August 21, 1989 a survey was performed by me and under my
direct supervision of the above described parcel.of land. A single -story frame church
was found to be on said parcel as shown on this plat. All easements, encroachments
and rights -of -way in evidence or known to me are shown. This survey is true and
correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
