All installation must comply with all requirements of the County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations, adopted pursuant to au- thority granted in 66 -44 -4, CRS 1963, amended 66-3-14, CRS 1963. 2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County Zoning and building requirements. Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures npt approved by the building and Zoning office shall automatically be a viola- tion of a requirement of the permit and cause for both legal action and revocation of the permit. 3. Hopkins and Terrance & Barbara Kelly of County Road 156 that a septic system needed by the Kelly's due to misfunction of their present one could be constructed on land adjoining and owned by Mrs. Hopkins. This agreement allows for the passage of heavy machinery across the land held by Mrs.. Hopkins as well as the ex- tension of the septic system to be constructed onto a parcel of land(old orchard) adjoining and directly East and Southeast of the present boundaries. The land un- der discussion is to be cleared by the Kelly's and then returned to that condition which will allow it to be used for pasture or gardening. Any damages that occur to any existing land, orchard items or fencing will be compensated at a price set by the owner and be accomplished as soon as weather permits or by Summer of 1977. Helen 0.
