thority granted in 66.44 -4, CRS 1963, amended 66-3-14, IpRS 1963.
2. This permit is valid only for connection to structures which have fully complied with County zoning end building requirements.
Connection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the Building and Zoning office shall automatically be a viola-
tion of a requirement of the permit and cause for both 'le al action and revocation of the permit.
3. Section III, 3.24 requires any person who constructs, alters, or installs an individual sewage disposal system in a manner which in-
volves a knowing and material variation from the terms Or specifications contained in the application of permit commits a Class I,

Dear Mr. Risley:
Enclosed is our design for the leach field at your Parachute
Industrial Park. Our design is based on the following items:
1. Percolation rate = 45 min. /inch.
2. Design is for a commercial building containing 3 ea.
toilets and 3 ea. sinks.
3. Total maximum flow of sewage = 480 gal. /day.
4. Maximum application rate to leach field = 0.4 gal /s.f. /day.
5. Minimum depth to bedrock, gravel or peak groundwater level
is 4 -ft.
6. The minimum septic tank capacity = 750 gal. 0 f G Ih-' / 2 00 9'»
7. The septic tank and leach field will be installed in
accordance with Garfield County Health Dept. standards.
8. Maximum sewage flow = 150% of average flow.
9. Leach field trenches will be of equal length, with the length
of any one trench not to exceed 100 -ft. and the width not
to exceed 3 -ft.
10. The leach field will be a minimum of 100 -ft. from water
wells, 25 -ft. from cisterns, 20 -ft. from occupied buildings,
10 -ft. from the property line, 50 -ft. from a water course,
and 25 -ft. from a dry ditch or gulch.
