Dear Mr. Feld:
Union requests permission to operate a temporary holding tank
for collection of sewage from its Oil Shale Program mine offices
located just inside our underground mine. Attached to this letter
is a completed sewage system application with a drawing showing
the plan view and side view of the system proposed.
The sewage from the holding tank will be periodically trucked to
an approved sewage treatment facility. The temporary system will
be required through August, 1983. The sewage flow into the holding
tank is anticipated to average 1,038 gallons per day over the
period stated.
Your time and effort on this request is greatly appreciated. Please
don't hesitate to call if any questions arise.
Very truly yours,
James
