The work was performed based on agreement for geotechnical services letter to you dated April 7, 1993. We understand a profile pit was observed by Don Owens of Eagle County prior to our site visit. At the time of our site visit, the percolation holes were excavated west of the profile pit (which had been bacicfilled) and spaced in a rough triangle about 20 feet on each side. The percolation tests were performed in general accordance with the requirements of Eagle County. The test results are shown on Table I. The tests were performed in sandy gravel, with cobbles and the test results were variable (2 1/2 to 10 minutes /inch). The average percolation rate is close to 5 minutes per inch.
