The blue prints for your proposed home in Lion's Ridge Estates
have been reviewed by the Architectural Control Committee and have been
approved subject to the following specifications and provisions:
1. Square Feet: Approximately 1300 sq. ft.
2. Siding: Cedar channel
3. Roof: Dark brown metal roof, Profianel.or equivalent
4. Colors: Siding: Natural western red cedar
Trim: White clad windows
a. Upon the construction of any residence within the Subdivision the
owner thereof shall install a volumetric water flow meter,, at the
curb box, which meter shall be capable of remote reading, shall
measure any and all water from the Homeowner's Associations's
water system used upon the subject lot for any purpose. The
installation will be done early in the week and the connection
will not be covered before inspection by Ken Robinson. The remote
readout will be wired to the water meter and be operable before
water service . is initiated. The remote readout will be placed on
permanent post at least three feet above the ground. There will be
no water provided until all assessments and water bills are paid
in full.
6. Any and all dogs within the Subdivision shall be maintained under
their owners control at all times. No dog shall be permitted to
run at large within the Subdivision. We require that dogs be kept
in a fenced area. or use a "invisible fence" to keep your dog
within your property lines when it is loose.
Any deviations from the submitted plans must be submitted, in
writing, to the Architectural Control Committee for approval before the
change is implemented.
