I can assure you that while there have been some difficulties in regards to completion of the project, we do intend to complete the job as outlined. The work has been ongoing but limited due to legal problems related to accessing the sites of the permitted work. However, we do expect the work to be completed, barring further problems, within the next 180 days. Please be so kind as to extend the above permits for 180 days so that we can have the work inspected and finished while access issues are formalized.
