The system as observed by Jerome Gamba & Associates, Inc., was found to be in substantial conformance to the plans and specifications dated July 10, 1998, except for the following field changes; 1.) All pipe was installed New from the existing buildings to the Leach field. 2.) The existing residential service is actually a future service line for a proposed three bedroom residence. The connection to the main line was accomplished with the use of a sanitary wye. 3.) The location and geometry of the man -camp service line was moved and a 90 bend was installed with clean -outs installed to the surface on both sides of the 90 bend. The connection to the main line was accomplished with the use of a sanitary wye. 4.) The depth of the leach field is approximately 10' below the existing ground surface.
