This request for a final inspection was to have been made
in August of 1992.
Whatever the reason for it not having been completed is
only a question.
Please accept this letter as a second request for a final
inspection.
This is a cabin in a remote area, so be it noted to watch
the weather and do so as soon as possible that we may conclude this
matter.

It has come to my attention that the Single Family Dwelling located at the above address has not had an
inspection within the last 180 days or has not had a final inspection and a Certificate of Occupancy has not been
issued by Garfield County.
A permit .(#4487)Sfor construction was issued on June 8, 1992. The last inspection requested by the owner or
contractor was fora framing inspection. The requested inspection was completed by this departmnet on July 7,
1992. No inspections have been requested by, the owner or contractor since that time
The UBC (Uniform Building Code) and other codes adopted by Garfield County require the following:
1. Construction under a permit issued by this department must be commenced within 180 days of the date
of issuance ;in order for the permit to remain valid:
Z. Work authorized under the permit cannot be suspended or abandoned once begun, for a period of more
than 180 days if the permit is to remain valid.
3. The Uniform Building Code as adopted by Garfield County requires the requestsing of a final inspection
by the owner or contractor and completion of a final inspection by this department prior to the
occupancy of the building.
