' Dear Sirs: We have the following comments regarding the subject proposal. 1. The pump station should have a backup pump, ready to be installed should the first pump fail. 2. This system requires consistent conscientious operation by the owner. Failure to follow the engineer's requirements regarding operations may result in failure of the system. 3. We recommend that the sampling schedule suggested by the design engineer be made part of the ISDS permit. 4. The Town of Carbondale would appear to have final say in the location of any sources of pollution with in a 5 mile radius of the well. If you have any questions, please contact me at 248 -7150.
