I have reviewed the plans which you gave me last Wednesday. The spread footings shown are 9 inches
deep by 16 inches wide.These are adequate to support the loads shown on the drawings if the allowable
soil bearing pressure is 2,000 Ib /sgft or better. An allowable bearing pressure less than that would require
a wider footing. The column pads are adequate to support the loads indicated. Call me if I can be of further
fsislance.
