Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kennedy: Our records indicate that you applied for and received a permit for a temporary home at 0233 Home Place in the Lazy Diamond A subdivision on June 16, 1993. Under Resolution No. 90 -085 currently adopted by Garfield County this permit is for one six (6) month period of time and may be renewed for an additional six (6) month period but in no case for more than a total of one (1) year. No request for renewal of the permit is on record but the total time period that would have been permitted expired on June 16, 1994. Our records also do not indicate that any inspections have been requested after March 31, 1994 when the foundation reinforcement was inspected.
