AGREEMENT REGARDING CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
WHEREAS, Thomas and Karen Lee, (hereinafter "Owner ") have applied
for a Certificate of Occupancy for a house located At 45855 Highway 6 &
24, Lot 38, Canyon Creek Estates, Garfield County, Colorado and,
WHEREAS, the following items have been determined to be apparent
defects or deficiencies with the application which prohibits the issuance of
a Certificate of Occupancy until they have been resolved pursuant to codes
adopted by Garfield County and approved by the Garfield County Chief
Building Official:
1. Permit application ( #5096) issued on April 19, 1994, included a plan
for a garage. The foundation for the garage has been constructed but
the remainder of the garage has not been constructed leaving the
exterior of the wall intended to separate the dwelling from the garage
without weather protection.
2. The bathroom doors have been scheduled to arrive today and have not

WHEREAS, the Owner is willing to make certain assurances and
agreements relating to these identified code deficiencies and on the basis of
such assurances the County is willing to issue a Certificate of Occupancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
A. The Owner agrees to do the following:
