The deck has structural cantilevered beams on the South East and South West corners that appear to be over stressed. and, WHEREAS, the Owner is willing to make certain assurances and agreements relating to these identified code deficiencies and on the basis of such assurances the County is willing to issue a Certificate of Occupancy.
