Plan review Notes:
1. Application by the owner indicates that the building is a temporary
building and "This building would come down by September 15,
1995." A letter from the owner will be required stating the removal of
the building within the stated time.
2. As a temporary building, it will not be required to comply with the type
of construction or fire resistive periods required by the U.B.C.
(Uniform Building Code). However, the building will be required to be
braced for shear to resist wind load.
3. Treated timbers will not be required to support the building.
