This project consists of work to be done at the address noted above, legally
described as follows: TR E1/2 NE1 /4 Sec27 -6 -89 1.258 A.
Removal of 1967 12x64 Leisure home from present site. Land excavation to 3
feet below present grade. Concrete footers per diragra.m, concrete to be fiber
mesh enhanced to meet required standards.
Delivery and set of 1995 Fuqua manufactured home. To be set and secured, by
means of steel hurricane straps as required by code.
Perimeter walls shall be constructed after home has been set. Construction shall
be 2x4 on 16 " centers ,sheeted with 3/4" green treated exterior plywood, sealed
and waterproofed as needed.
Steve &Karen Gardner are acting as general contractor and overseeing this
project.
Enclosed please find completed building permit and corresponding paperwork.
