Based on your submission, we hereby grant you a "conditional approval" of those plans. This approval will entitle you to apply for a building permit with Garfield County, and upon their issuance of said permit, you may begin construction. However, the conditions under which this approval is granted must be completed to the Committee's satisfaction before a Notice of Satisfactory Completion of Improvements to Property can be issued and a certificate of occupancy is requested and issued by the County. The conditions we have specified are as follows: 1. Submission of final landscaping plans. • 2. The submission and approval by the DRC of an irrigation and drainage plan for your homesite must be completed prior to any installation or grading. 3. The submission and approval by the DRC of an exterior lighting plan must be completed prior to any installation. 4.
