Dear John,
On behalf of John and Nancy Brooks, the owners of Lot 12, we submit
one complete set of plans for your review and records. The plan
Includes the plot plan with signature lines for the committee to approve
an amended building envelope.
In addition, we have included four single sheet plot plans for
signatures. Adjacent property owners have previously signed the five
pages.
Two of the single sheets will be bound to two full sets of plans already
submitted to the county building department for plan review. One
single sheet is for our records and one will go to the Garfield County
commissioners.
Other items and comments:
1. Drainage culvert is not on the Brook's property.
2. Exposed foundation is to be sand blasted natural concrete
Including vertical edges at flatwork.
3. Siding Is Colorlok masonite.
4. Since the owners have requested minimum maintenance, we'd
Ilke your reaction to a vinyl soffit. The facia is a painted
and textured 5/4" hard board product (Prime Trim).
5. Color samples will be submitted in the future.
John, I'll be out of town from Wednesday afternoon on March 13 through
Tuesday March 19.
Please contact John if there are any questions. He'll submit the
executed plot plan to the commissioners for an amended plat as soon as
the signatures have been secured. •anks.
