House Site Michael, Enclosed please find a 404 permit application for fill in the palustrine wetland area that was identified In October of 1995. As of this writing, the house will be largely elevated and will require only a small amount of fill in the wetland. For what It Is worth, the architect for this project has retained an experienced wetland consultant to construct a wetland septic field for this structure. This field will likely be located north and west of the house, and will In effect, extend the existing wetland in thls direction. 't is my understanding that the Garfield County building permit will not be applied for until 404 approval Is received.. I also understand that the architect would like to proceed with this project In late March or early April.
