1.0 INTRODUCTION
The following section addresses the requirements for the Landscape Plan under Section 4 -502 of
the Garfield County Unified Land Use Resolution of 2008.
2.0 REQUIRED EXHIBITS
The illustration of the topographic information of the site, location of lot lines and the
identification of all existing deciduous tree and coniferous trees of six inches (6 ") in caliper or
greater is provided in the Proposed Stormwater and Erosion Control Plan located in the Maps
and Plans Tab.
3.0 ESTIMATED COST
This site is a previously disturbed area and there will not be additional incurred costs for
landscaping as a result of this project.
4.0 LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
Encana utilizes interim reclamation and final stabilization practices outlined in the SWMP to
maintain landscaping in and around the MFWRF. A copy of the SWMP can be found in the
Maps and Plans Tab. Encana will also follow recommendations made in the North Parachute
Ranch Reclamation Plan, also located in the Impact Analysis Tab. The project site is located in
the Lower Zone Bench areas and Encana will adhere to the suggestions where applicable.
